Lower Sac Flows up

Currently the Lower Sac flows out of Keswick Dam is 20,000 cfs. The highest they have been for five years. This is great news for the fishery it needs a good flush. I predict that given the forecast it will go even higher. The water is very colored and the fishing might be very tough, on the other hand it might be great if you know where to fish.

Sounds like Shasta is gonna be good to go this year.
