California 10th District Congressman Jeff Denham has introduced Bill in the House that removes striped bass from the list of fish whose populations were to be doubled by the passage of the Central Valley Improvement Act back in 1992.. This is just another mindless effort to make the water export contractors feel good.

All you folks that live in John Garamendi's 3rd Congressional District ought to let him know we don't need this kind legislation that panders to the South San Joaquin Valley Corporate Ag. "farmers" at the cost of one of our States most economically valuable fisheries.
