I was very fortunate to be on an industry trip by Sage Rod Company to Christmas Island with many special people including Lefty Kreh.

One day I got to go with a small group out on the flats with Lefty.

Lefty was teaching our guide some special casting in the wind which was fun to see.

I think Lefty is the most significant person I have met in the fly fishing world.

I have been fortunate to be invited to the Renzetti Fly Fair and Rod Building Expo, held in Titusville, FL. It's always the first weekend in December and this year we had a huge gathering of "Legends" of the fly fishing industry. This was my third time doing this expo.
I attend the first two and every year it keeps growing and growing. Andy and Lily Renzetti started Renzetti, Inc a few decades ago.
Andy was the first one to come out with the with the first "V" shaft style and rotating vise. Today the Renzetti vise is one of the top vises on the market.
I have attached a few photo's of the event. In the group photo, see how many people you recognize. The only "Legend" who is not pictured in the photo is Bob Clouser and Flip Pallot.
The next expo is scheduled for Dec. 2017. Hope to see you there.... Take a trip to DisneyWorld and spend a couple days in Titusville attending the expo
Lefty is 91 years old and can been seen on tv in the series called Bucaneers and Bones. I hope to be doing some fishing at 91, hope I make it to 91.
