Holidays are tough for all of us, especially as we get older, and last night I lost another dear old friend that a lot of you knew, Don Voigt.

Don was a long time member of the E.C.Powell Fly Fishers club in Yuba City and was well known by all the fly shops in Sacramento where he went often.

He'll be missed, Tony

I met and spoke with Mr. Voigt at Kiene's some time ago. Didn't know him but from what little contact we had, he seemed like a very nice man. Rest in Peace, Don....

Don was a regular visitor at AFFC. I enjoyed our chats. This last year, he didn't get around much. See you on the delta Don. You will be missed. Great picture Tony. Thank you.

Don was a real nice man who was lucky to be able to fish a lot, traveling far and wide.

One of his favorite places was Tarpon Caye Lodge in the Mexican Yucatan.

He had a wonderful long life and will be missed.
