"Here we go again! More dried up salmon eggs from the Sacramento River. Dropping the river flows while salmon are dropping eggs does not help our salmon populations. Last year they killed 80% of the eggs dropped by salmon. How many salmon are they going to kill this year. Makes me furious!"

Sounds like a clear case of "The right hand not knowing what the left is doing". Kind of makes you wonder what these people are thinking.
