How is striped bass fishing on a full moon at O'Neill Forebay?

Hi,
I may try a camping trip with my son over Sept 26-27 weekend and noticed that Sept 27 is a full moon. If the full moon will put the bite down then I may try another weekend.

I think tent camping at the San Luis Creek campground is OK. If this is not true can someone let me know.

I don't like fishing the big lake or the Forebay on a full moon. It fishes best during quarter moon phases or during a new moon.

If you do fish a full moon, the bite is often late, noon to around 2:00 p.m.
