This is a cult / iconic fly rod.....

When Fall River and Hat Creek were fishing well in the 1970s, Scott-Powerply owners Harry Wilson and Larry Kenney designed and built this famous rod.

Before that time a weight forward 4 floating line (WF4F) did not exist. Cortland Line Company was the first to make one and it was for this rod......444 Peach.....................wild.

I think this was still when Fisher was making their blanks.......semi-sanded.

Excellent rod! I love the feel of the classic Powerplys. Have a good collection of them, both glass and graphite I will let my friends know about this rod Rollcast. This gem should sell quickly.
