New Federal Water Bill....

Interesting article in the Sacbee, yesterday. A new water bill has been proposed by our Senators, Boxer/Feinstein. This bill is still problematical but includes encouragement for construction of DeSal along the coastline plants among other non-tunnel projects. Check it out:
