It is 9am till 2pm at Sacramento Bar on the Lower American River.
This is on the north side of the river just down stream from the Sunrise Bridge.
At 9am they will have coffee, bagels, donuts, yogurt and fruit.
They will also have sodas and water through the day for guests.
Bring a hat, sunscreen and sunglasses.
Be sure to have $5.00 per car for the access fee into the American River Parkway.
