yuba at parks bar conditions

Hi,
Looking for a field trip that involves fishing since ain't nothin fishing in Truckee. Is the Yuba at Parks Bar fishing well? Is the water high or low?

I fished it last Saturday (below the bridge) from 4-7:30pm.

We went way too early. I didn't see any risers until almost 6:30pm.
Had two takes that I missed at the bottom of the drift.

Water temp is cold. Take your breath away cold. But
very refreshing during the heat of the day.

I'd give it a shot, but don't hit it until 6:00pm and stay until dark.
We should have stayed til at least 8:30pm but hunger called.
