I called my good friend David Armocido, retired school teacher from Colusa, California, now living full time in Missoula.

I asked David about a nice time to go to Missoula for stream trout fishing?

David said he would recommend coming in mid-September to Missoula.

We can help you get set up with 3 to 5 days of guided drift boat fishing on three different rivers near Missoula through our sister fly shop, the Grizzly Hackle.

There are some nice hotels right in town, right on the river, that are close to a dozen good restaurants too.

You can fly from Sacramento to Portland, Seattle or Denver, then on to Missoula, depending on the carrier.
