Just about a mile & a half South from the High Bridge Campground in N Plumas Co. is a small ravine off the old Collins Pine logging road. For an early morning or early evening trek it is well worth it. The natural feeding for the Trout or Browns are the Hellgarmites feeding on the bottom. When tempted with a few strokes from your rod, the action should begin. Give it a try if you are in the Chester/Lake Almanor region. If not give the Lakes in Plumas Co. a try as many smaller waterways are abundant.
