Bought this when they first came out and used it a few days at Isla Blanca and then as my striper rod. Living in trout country it doesn't see much use. Would rather turn it into ski/bike gear. $450 shipped OBO

Killer rod for Stripers, Bonefish, Silver Salmon, Baby Tarpon, Redfish, Snook.........

After the 9'#5 line 4 piece rod is the 9' #8 line 4 piece in popularity.

Certainly the One series are great casting rods and I agree with Bill when he says that the 890-4 in particular is a cracking Bonefish rod (as is the7wt.) Nonetheless I've moved mine on as the company still persists in fitting non-saltwater friendly guides that are prone to corrosion.I look after my equipment and was surprised at the deterioration. To their credit Sage was quick to replace the affected sections, but be aware of the phrase "All Water Rod" as this pretty much designates fresh water use in my experience. If you fish solely in the salt, consider the Method or Salt series...they're both faster action but are at least built for the job at hand.My 2 cents.
