Dropped into Kiene's to upgrade the common law wife from the beater rod she'd been learning on into a new 4wt. Doug was super helpful in running her through a few options before settling on on Orvis Clearwater & helped select some flies for a run to the Yuba that afternoon. Jumped on the water around 2 and she stuck her first fish ever, then hooked up 5 more that eve on a mix of copper john's and BWO dries. Now she wants to go every day and not work anymore haha
