Steelhead seminar with Andy Guibord

Last week there were finally some good reports of steelhead on the American. This time of the year we have a small run of smaller fish often referred to as, Blue Backs. They weigh from 2 to 5 pounds. I am offering a 5 hour seminar on swinging for steelhead for $150. I can cover both single, switch and two handed rod techniques. We will drive to several locations along the American. If you do not have a spey rod, I can provide one for you. The seminars will take place Monday through Thursday. When we don't have high water the spring run of smaller Steelhead can be good in many Valley rivers.

They are eating caddis, small crayfish and small fish.

This is a good time to swing flies......


March, April and May can be good then it will heat up.
