Fished Rancho Seco today for a mix bag of fish, found a couple of trout early this morning 2-3 lbs that pop up on the surface to show me where they were.
Lots of little bass and some bigger one to give you a tug, i found this very large bass 10+ lbs floating along the edge....this girl might have died of old age.
I also caught 3 of those Redear's or Pumpkin Seeds, ?
I used a inter line and a marabou streamer.
Water temp 64 degrees

I was there yesterday, same thing. One nice trout early. Lots of 12" bass, can't keep the big bluegills off your line. 65 degree water at 8am. Blissfully devoid of people . . . bring you UL rod and have a blast!

No crappie? You need the crappie for the Seco grand slam.
