8'0" Custom James Green Fiberglass, 3 piece, 5wt

8’0” James Green, custom built by me. 3/1, 5wt, 3.15 oz., amber glass with spigot ferrules. This rod has a true medium action -- would be a great all-around trout rod. The reel seat has a custom "pommeled" bubinga spacer with Struble D-1 locking hardware; the pocketed cap is nickel silver as I didn't like the one that Struble provided. (I believe Dickerson used a N/S butt cap with his aluminum locking hardware.) The wraps are "dark tangerine" silk tipped black with yellow accents. For guides I used a Mildrum carbide stripper and Snakebrand black nickel snakes. It is also fitted with a strap and ring hookkeeper, a N/S winding check, and 5-Star cork from the famous Marcia! It comes with a custom twill bag and black coated aluminum tube with silver top and bottom. Lawn cast only. $295 shipped to CONUS, more elsewhere
