I got a day off this weekend

Just looking for a quick recommendation.
I've got Saturday the 31st off from the wife for the first 1/2 to 3/4 of the day. We are staying in Napa and was looking for some water to hit. Anyone care to share some recommendations?

Putah creek
Napa River (where would one try fishing? Shore / wading access)
Leland Ranch (casting range)
.................. other spots?

Putah Creek can be a great fishery. Just be careful this time a year as some of the fish are spawning. Try not to target fish you can see in shallow water, they need their energy for fighting each other, digging reds and actually spawning. Also be careful wading, a lot of that river has soft bottom, and the spots that look good for wading ( gravel bars) are spawning grounds. Reds fade quickly, if you are walking on gravel you could be stepping on eggs and fry.
Don't know anything about the other two locations.
