James Green Glass vs. Carp

I decided to go a light and take my one of my favorite trout rods, a James Green 8'3" 5/6 weight, out for a carp session. It is impressive how a rod with such a great casting touch handled these fish. I think I might have a new favorite carp rod.

Nothing quite like fighting a big fish on glass. Thanks for sharing. Btw, who wrapped up your Jimmy Green if you don't mind my asking? Looks Pretty. Matches the gold of a carps belly quite nicely.
