Yep, that's right, every issue of Fly Tyer Magazine from the first issue in 1978, all 140 issues. Looking for something for the fly tyer on your Christmas list who has everything, I doubt he has this whole set? My hope would be to meet up with someone in the Sacramento/Auburn vicinity, since shipping would be considerable.
