Posting a Flyer

What's the procedure on posting a flyer to Facebook. I've also tried post the fly to this website but if it's not a jpeg, it doesn't take it. It's a PDF file

Convert PDF to jpeg. "Save as" option under menu in Adobe, then pick jpeg in type of file.
