Folks,

We have two Putah Creek Tours coming up in November. We have openings in both tours. The tour is designed to introduce the creek to anglers, show them access areas, rigging and how to fish the creek in a safe and confident manner. We also discuss the environmental and conservation issues going on with the creek.

Tour dates are

November 14, 2014 1 Opening left

November 21, 2014 3 Opening left

Putah Creek is located just west of Winters. It's a great winter trout fishery with very large fish. Fish in the 10 pound range are caught every year. The creek is improving every year and we see a large number of fish ranging from 10-18" and then the big boys.

It's a great tour and if you every thought about fishing it or even learning more about it - this is the tour for you.

There is still 1 opening for the November 14, 2014 tour and 2 openings for the November 21, 2014 tour. If you would like to get on one of these tours they will book up fast.

I did the Yuba tour with you a few months ago and I have definitely upped my catch rate on that river. Do you have any spots on the Feather steelhead tours coming up??? I need to find out what this steelhead thing is all about and why people who fish for steelhead are all so crazy. ;-)

I am so glad to hear that!!! That is what it's all about!

I am opening up a Feather River Tour for January 15. There is one spot left. Do you want it?
