Wow!....Thanx for that Bill....It reminds me of the numerous times that I have been invited to go fish on friends offshore boats when I owned a taxidermy shop in TX....from Port'O'connor to port Aransas and Corpus.......A fly rod or two got snuck on board and laughed at....and sadly conditions were right only about one out of 5 times to ever slow down on a weedline and catch anything. Those SD guys sure did catch a variety!--we sometimes caught tripletail,chicken dolphin,bonito,and my favorite-cobia!! Gear guys would chunk massive lures to no avail at the big cobia....but they would snack up a SMALL white clouser like candy!
