Hope this is true......if so it will be a good time to take those bigger road trips like to British Columbia, Alaska or Montana.

Will be good for us retired folks with RVs.

Who wants to start the pool as to which California oil refinery will go down, on what date, for "repairs", to drive the prices back up??? No way the oil companies will allow this to happen.
