It's a really wild part of the canyon with no neighbors, total privacy, and incredible views. There is a historic 4wd road/trail down to the river, about a 20-minute hike. The property is not riverfront. Really fun wild trout fishing in this section - both rainbows & browns. Some decent fish in the bigger, deeper pools.
