Sage DS2 9'0" 7 weight 4 piece rod is brand new, never used. Rod is a factory replacement for a broken model, built by Sage in 2014, so it hasn't been sitting around in a hot garage for 15 years. The DS2 sold from 1999 to 2004 and was their medium action line. Now, Sage only keeps blanks around for warranty work.
Rod comes with an interesting sock that the factory threw in. It says "Method" in silkscreen, but "Sage One" on the tag (thus why they threw it in, who knows, maybe a collectors item some day like a misprinted stamp), no tube.
