Fingers crossed! I do wonder how long it will take them to do something if they do anything at all. And of course just how long it will take for that water to get down to the Klamath. Wonder how many fish will die while these decisions are being weighed, debated, and possibly battled over again...

All indications are that there will be a gigantic fish kill like in 2001.
Local fish biologists are asking anyone who sees a dead salmon/steelhead to report it.
apparently there is a big protest concerning the illegal taking of the Trinity water, soon in Sacramento
I hope it's not too late, the rivers, both the Klamath and the Trinity look awful, lots of algae and warm temps.

Proper protection for the salmon and the rivers is critical to the tribe, Hillemeier said.

Sometimes I wish we had tribes down here looking out for the river.
