I am selling a Regal INEX Vise with C Clamp. The vice is in excellent condition. However, there is one super tiny chip in the nose from tying a 22 or 24 size hook when I was learning to use it. It has not affected performance at all as it is so small most wouldn't even notice it. I have tied everything from size 2 up to size 20 on this for a couple of years since this early chip was made...without any trouble. These vises weren't really made to tie the super small hooks below 20. For anyone looking to tie on a really nice vise and don't need to tie below size 20, this would be great. I have just gotten to a place in my tying that I need/want a rotary vise.
