Replacing Scadden pontoon valves?

Anyone have advice on how to replace valves on scadden pontoon?

Dave sent me new valves ages ago and I'm only just replacing them before a trip this weekend.

Believe it's quite easy but tried today and struggled. Don't want to make mess of it so any advice appreciated.
