SOI Jewell isn't approving refugia flows.
Generally, I hate to link to an article where politicians get to advance their agendas with the blame placing/shifting game on the backs of fisheries and ecological concerns, but can't find one on this issue that doesn't have that element. That said, concentrate on Mike O's comments and the facts and ignore the political banter and whitewash job by the author:
