GGSA is one of if not THE loudest, strongest voices speaking out towards protection of our fisheries... AND they are actually, PHYSICALLY TAKING ACTION to enhance salmonid survival (via working with CA fish and Wildlife to truck smolts out on barges out to Rio Vista in March, 2013) as well as FIGHTING BIG AG WATER interests and the PROPOSED TWIN TUNNELS (via analyzing and taking to task the legitimacy or lack thereof... in proposals set forth in the BDCP).
I just became a member for $25 and feel that it is a very small price to pay for something so near and dear to my heart.
I encourage you to visit the GGSA web site and ask yourself if it is a worthy cause you can justify supporting and then support it~
