Last 5 miles of the Lower Feather River is warm and mostly sand.
Consumnes River if you can get to it from Plymouth down stream to those corn farms.
South Fork of the Yuba River warms up late summer.
South Fork of the American River can warm up into the 70s.
Most of the Valley rivers are very cold.......
