Ran across this new company today making custom colored fly lines at an unbelievable price. Personally, I don't put a whole lot of stock in colors because I think trout can see them no matter what, but has anyone tried their lines yet?

I bought a couple of the lines. Had them colored in a 3 shade camo. They look nice and cast fine. Durability is yet to be determined.

Have you determined how well they float yet? Can't imagine any worse than the Rio or SA lines I currently use.

Today, anyone with a little money and some desire can put up a nice looking web site and have lots of things made up with their own new brand name now from places like Korea, Taiwan or China.

Fly rods, fly reels, fly lines, waders, boots, rain jackets, vest, sunglasses, etc. can be made up with any band name you want.

Some of it is OK but if the company doesn't last long then the warranty, repair, service and parts will not be there.

In the past we have gotten many fly rods in with merely the tip broken off but the company no longer exists so we can't help them.

We have had lots of no name fly reels come in needing parts or an extra spool and no luck because the company is gone.

Not a big deal on low end stuff......you just throw it away.
