Here's a photo showing a dorado that was caught on Sunday. This is Grant from OR. We have a number of dorado that day but only a few eats. Steve and Joan also had a dorado. I'm trying to make a short video showing a couple hook ups and yesterday's skippie eats. Skip jack to 13lbs on 9 wts

Watch for the upcoming short video

Aloha Jay, nice dodo picture. I just got a 10 and 12wt pair of new TFO Esox rods. I will bring them down to test out on some mahi and roosters. Have you guys been out to 88 yet? Hopefully some shots at marlin and sails. I heard some bait is showing up. Maybe things will change in a couple of weeks. Look forward to the video, Don.

No one has been out to "ocho ocho"…..We've seen marlin around punta perico and Muertos. We haven't seen any bait yet. Where did you hear about the bait. I hope it shows up soon. When it does things should break loose.
They caught a couple dorado today and some green jacks. Some conventional guys hooked a couple roosters trolling lady fish. They also had a wahoo.

Hey Jay, I read about bait on Bulla's site. He said they had rumors of bait north and south. He fishes your waters so I thought you might have heard something. The sardinas do spawn there and that is what the big boys want to grind on. Hopefully they don't show up to late for the spring season. Fishing here is still going off, lots of mahi, ono and now some big ahi and marlin. Hope you guys get into them, Don.
