Selling my Beulah Classic 6/7 Switch Rod with, original sock and tube. Also includes a Hardy St. Aidan with backing and Beulah Elixir Switch 6/7 325 grain Scandi Line and original Hardy padded case. The rod was fished twice and is in excellent condition. The reel was used a little more but is also in excellent condition. $520.00 for package shipped in CONUS. Great package. Just add water!
As per Beulah: The Beulah 6/7 Switch rod is well suited for light, summer steelheading. Great rod for swinging flies with a dry line and poly leader or nymphing a tandem rig. The 6/7 Switch rod is a natural progression for someone using a 6 or 7 wt single hand rod looking to cover more water with less effort. The Beulah 6/7 Switch rod excels for spey casting in tight quarters and steelheading in light summer conditions.
Use: Light Spey work as well as nymphing from a boat or wading. Great for trophy trout in Alaska, silvers from the beach, sea run browns and steelhead.
