Port Aransas/ Texas Gulf Coast Info

Hi,

Anyone have any info on fishing Port Aransas TX in September? Lodging info/ Guide recommendations. I want to both fish the flats and the jettys over a few days. Ive done some research but any other first hand info would be much appreciated.

I have been down there on two different redfish trips. Ethan Wells is an awesome guide - http://wellsoutfitters.com/. Literally the best flats guide I have had in probably 20 trips on the salt. Give him a call. You will not be disappointed.

September should be great! Billy Trimble is good, as is Ethan Wells. There is some walk in wade fishing behind Mustang Island, at "Brown & Root" and "Wilson's Cut". The jetty's could yield just about anything - tarpon, reds, macks, spanish macks? Have fun.
