Flow Drop on Yuba Started

Odd time to start the flow drop considering the fact that engelbright still has a bunch of water and big storms are forecasted for next week---will be back up to 5k and muddy in no time, unfortunately.

Based on the severity of this drought, I doubt that providing ideal fishing conditions is at the top of the priority list. At this point, the focus is on building up storage in Bullards Bar while maintaining adequate downstream flows.
