It's tough out there

I did a trip recently. The fishing days were on the schedule so it was better to go than not to go even with the poor conditions. We ended up in Oregon but even there the rivers we fished were low and fish numbers were not strong. We still managed a couple of adults and some nice half-pounders although we worked hard for them. The weather was outstanding, camping conditions were good, we floated some new water and met some nice people. It is always interesting to get out there even when things are tough. Good times.
