If I can get a small PVC at Home Depot I'll send it. If not, I'll use the tube that Kiene's Fly Shop used to send me a rod a few months ago and insure it in case there is a problem
I don't have PayPal so you can either send a MO or certified bank check and I'll ship immediately or a personal check and I'll wait til it clears, then ship.
