Anyone have a favorite backrest/seat with seat-back for a canoe?

I've rigged a crazy-creek type inflateable backrest to my bench seat and it either loosens and can't be trusted to lean back in, or the struts dig into my back.

We used GCI backrests in Quetico last summer. They worked well and stayed in place. Added some weight on the portages but pretty comfortable. I still had a sore back after 11 days but that was probably not the fault of the backrest. Old age and genetics were more likely the cause.

I bought a pair of bleacher seats from a big box sporting goods store. They were located in the football section. They are strong, lightweight and inexpensive.
