Standard single-hander shooting head running line as skagit head running line?

Can I do that? I forget the brand but its a new type loop-ended running line for a 9 weight rod...
Maybe it is better written as what is the difference between spey line running line and single hander running line. They appear similar to me...

There is none other then the lb test you choose to use.
