The longer 12' 6" Echo 6126 might give you more versatility. It can fished as a 6/7 or 7/8 weight.

I own/fish both on our local waters. if I'm gonna swing soft hackles on Poly leaders I take out the Buelah; if I plan on fishing deep, i take out the Echo.

so rod preference may depend on how you will fish most.
