Just got back today from Dunsmuir, floated the Klamath w/ two good friends yesterday. It was exceptionally warm for this time of year, but a great day on the water none the less. I only got 6 small fish, which is not a good day on this river for this time of year, my friend Mel picked up 3-4 nice halfpounders. Talked w/ a guide who had been fishing mid river the last week, he said he picked up a bunch of nice adults, they should arrive in the next week in our area. I'll try again over Thanksgiving when I have some extra days. We need some cold rain to get the fish moving up the Shasta whicn opens next Saturday, and the Scott. Egg patterns are still out fishing the Leg patterns for us.

Which boat was yours? Not too many on the river that day. How did you guys do? I did great the previous week, but caught "bait" size fish on monday. Still was a beautiful day to be out.

Rockman I was on the Klamath from the 1st of Nov till the 4th and got 4 adults in the 23-28"ers then a few HP's and lots of small ones. The season is at an end till the winter fish come in I would say. Also managed to fish the Trinity and no action at all just one brown about 10-12"s. If you have a boat you can get into more fish because you can cover lots more water. Now I'm waiting for the winter fish and see what happens hope we get rain cause we do need it.
