Local (SF or SACTO) Reel Seat Replacement

Any recommendations for someone who can replace a stock reel seat on Winston two-hander? Nothing's broken, and I know this sounds picky, but the older carbon fiber reel seat bothers me everytime I look at it. It think it's time to replace it with newer one.

On a related note, anyone have experience ordering a reel seat directly from Winston? I found rumblings on forums about it being possible, but nothing definitive.

If the reel seat is all that's bothering you, you can look at Angler's Workshop, Shoff Tackle Supply, Batson, or any other online components reseller and chose what you like.

The actual replacement isn't TOO difficult. Is it a downlocking seat? You will need to order at least a new lower cork as well.
