Not sure when they took it down?
It was there in the 1960s and was built so people could cross the river in the low summer flow.
It was right above the big highway bridges only about 6 feet off the water.
Back then we could cross over to the other side without going over the big bridge.
It was dangerous so they removed it some years ago.
