Feather-Craft has them. I've been playing with the system for a couple of years. It works as advertised but kind of a pain having to carry around scissors, tubing, wool, and the little pull tool. Anymore the kit stays in the boat bag and only gets used for short leashing really small stuff like midges. Definitely puts a kink in the tippet, but lands very soft.

Ralph,

One of the problems I have seen some people o/l complain about is that the thicker leaders or butt sections don't fit the little tubing sections. Have you seen this problem?

The system is designed for skinny leaders/tippets and delicate presentations (their video is rather misleading). If you are using heavier stuff, you'll need more wool than the tube can accommodate (it will split if you try to cram too much stuff down its throat). Of course you can buy larger diameter tubes from any hobby shop, but you're probably better off using a simple chunk of polypro or a bobbicator at that point.
