This is a short video clip on the Klamath River.

I think it is Carlo Bongio's wife with Bruce Slightom and a big fresh adult Klamath River Steelhead.

Hi Bill,

I've always wanted to fish the Klamath and am thinking about heading up there in about a month - early to mid November. Is it likely that we'll still see half pounders as well as adults in the river around then? And would you have any recommendations on which section of river to float? I have experience at the oars, but I don't know the river at all. I'd love to swing flies, but any section with nice water would be great to see. I've got a three-man pontoon boat that can handle some serious water, but I'd still like to avoid anything too technical.

Thanks for any thoughts,

Mike

I would fish the Seiad Valley.....probably need a sinktip then.
