Today the Sacbee reported that Kaykers were disturbed by the intrusion of equipment altering the river bed/channel for the Salmon project on the lower American River. Check it out:

Maybe they (kayakers) will propose pulse flows when the river levels fall below 1,500 CFS. Gotta have those channels ya' know.... ;)
