4 day trip in mid September

I have the green light from my better half to take off for four days mid month to do nothing but fish and drink the occasional beer. Fortunately my fishing partner just invested in a new RV, and we are STOKED!

We're thinking about;

Day 1 - Truckee

Day 2 - Davis Lake

Day 3 - Hat Creek

Day 4 - Pit River

Any tips, pointers, suggested amendments gratefully accepted.

My preference would be to pass on the Truckee and hit the Lower Yuba for the egg bite. Never fished that before. That's going to be debated tonight over beers.

Forget about Hat Creek. Pit River might be very good, but, with the new higher flows, I understand that access is really tough. Your best bet might be Davis Lake.
