The Umpqua is one of the most beautiful rivers I have fished and has large Steelhead in it summer, fall and winter.

I was up there last week and it was awesome as usual. Hooked one adult fish in 4 days and landed 2 spectacular coastal cutthroat. Love that river.

Headed up shortly too, quick NU trip with a Rogue stop over. I'm relieved to see it will be about 15-20 deg. cooler than last year. Heard the fishing hasn't been stellar but that place is about so much more than just the fishing...
